This policy explains how delivery works for orders placed with Dead Set Studio on deadsetstudio.co.uk.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every UK order. There is no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Dispatch

Every order is dispatched within 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are processed from the next working day.

Delivery times

Most UK orders arrive within a few working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and busy periods, bad weather and bank holidays can cause delays. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you order and we will give you an honest answer.

Your delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email sales@deadsetstudio.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Missing or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it has not arrived, or it arrives damaged, email sales@deadsetstudio.co.uk with your order number. We will look into it, and if your parcel has been lost or damaged in transit we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
