Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send back unworn, unwashed items for a refund. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we will put it right and cover the postage.

How to return something
- Email sales@deadsetstudio.co.uk with your order number, the items you are sending back and whether it is a change of mind or a problem with the item.
- We will reply within 1-2 working days with the returns address and anything else you need to know.
- Pack the items securely and send them back. We recommend a service that gives you proof of postage, as a change-of-mind return is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Condition of returned items
Please send items back unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them. Trying something on to check the size is fine, the same as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra working days to show the money in your account.
Wrong size?
Check the Size Guide before you order. It saves everyone the postage. If the size still is not right, return the item for a refund within 30 days and place a new order for the size you need. That way the new size is on its way without waiting for your return to reach us.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email sales@deadsetstudio.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we cover all postage, including the cost of sending it back.
Your statutory rights
Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing on this page affects those rights. Our full Refund Policy sets out the detail.
Looking after your prints
To keep prints looking sharp, wash inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly on the print.
