About Us

Dead Set Studio is an independent design studio based in Sheffield. We design birthday and hobby clothing and gifts in-house, and everything we sell is printed in the UK. T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags and home bar gear, made for the big birthdays and for people who live for their weekends.

Why "Dead Set"?

Dead set means absolutely certain. That is how we want you to feel when you hand over a present. No gift receipt tucked in the card just in case. No polite "oh, that's nice". Just the gift you were sure about.

Buying for someone is hard. Buying for a 50th or a 60th is harder, because it feels like it should mean something. We take the guesswork out by designing around two things people genuinely care about: the year they were born, and the thing they love doing.

Built for the big birthdays

Our birthday designs cover the milestone birthdays from 30th to 70th. Lines like "Aged to Perfection" and "All Original Parts" sit alongside the year they arrived, while "Hitting 60 is Essential" and "Being 60 is a Work of Art" put the big number front and centre, so the joke lands the moment the wrapping comes off. Some people are easy to buy for once you know what they do with their weekends. We design for carp anglers, mountain bikers, 4x4 and off road drivers, BBQ fanatics and anyone with a home bar. Original artwork, slogans with a bit of cheek, and nothing that looks like it came off a market stall.   • Designs that get worn, not stored. A gift that lives in a drawer is a wasted gift. We make things people reach for: 100% cotton T-shirts, hoodies with a soft brushed inner, and tote bags that go to the shops every week.
  • Honest prices. Fair prices, with free UK delivery on every order and no minimum spend. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
  • Fast dispatch. Every order leaves us within 2 working days, so a last-minute birthday is less of a panic.
  • No-nonsense returns. You have 30 days to send back unworn, unwashed items for a refund. If something arrives faulty or wrong, we cover the postage and put it right.
