Delivery is free on every UK order. No minimum spend, no thresholds, no surprises at checkout. Every order is dispatched within 2 working days.

When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch every order within 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays. If you order on a Saturday, a Sunday or a bank holiday, the 2 working days start from the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within a few working days of dispatch. Busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas, bad weather and bank holidays can slow things down, so leave a little breathing room if the date matters.
Ordering for a birthday
Birthdays do not move, so plan backwards from the big day. Your order leaves us within 2 working days and most UK orders arrive a few working days after that. If you are cutting it close, email sales@deadsetstudio.co.uk before you order and we will give you an honest answer on whether it is likely to make it.
Not sure which year to pick? The design year is the year they were born: 1996 for a 30th in 2026, 1986 for a 40th, 1976 for a 50th, 1966 for a 60th and 1956 for a 70th.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands. Delivery is free wherever you are in the UK.
We do not deliver outside the UK at the moment.
Check your delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
Has your order not arrived?
First, check the delivery address in your order confirmation email, and have a look with neighbours or anywhere a parcel might have been left safe.
Still nothing? Email sales@deadsetstudio.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if a parcel has gone missing we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund.
